This is one of the key assessments we used last week to measure lower leg strength and endurance before participants begin the 8-week AgeWell Europe programme.
We will repeat this test at the end of the programme to track any improvements, but why not try it yourself today?
- Set a timer for 60 seconds
- Sit and stand from a chair as many times as you can
- Count your reps and let us know your score!
