What is EduFIT at Home?

‘EduFIT at home’ is our online health education and functional fitness monthly subscription service. It is suitable for adults of all ages, all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and all abilities. It is even suitable for people living with clinical conditions! For example, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes and more. All of our exercise classes are designed to be safe and effective and you are always welcome to contact our team of clinical exercise physiologists if you have any questions or require specific advice and support. 

As a member, you will have access to:

  • Live exercise classes: 24 classes per month. Classes take place every Monday and Thursday at 7pm, 7:40pm and 8pm. Please see class timetable and class descriptions below.
 
  • An On-Demand Library: 60+ recorded exercise classes in addition to health, exercise and nutrition education videos. You can do these anywhere and at any time that suit you. You also have access to nutritious recipes that have been created by our team of registered associate nutritionists. 

 

Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to be as fit and healthy as possible in all stages of life. You can train and learn with us online from the comfort of your own home. We are proud to offer incredible value for this service as your monthly membership subscription costs only €9.99 per month.

I have lost stubborn weight, toned up and my overall confidence has improved. Its a great programme. I used to feel very self conscious going to a gym and dreaded going but now I can do it at home in comfort. I like that some classes are on demand. I don't feel guilty about missing a class. I am definitely fitter and stronger overall since starting with you guys. I was always an active person in that I walked 🚶‍♀️ but like many middle aged women I found myself struggling with menopause weight gain that no matter how much walking I did it didn't help, I had no idea about the other elements involved in fitness such as strength training etc until you guys educated me and for someone who would not be comfortable going to a gym to be able to train at home with live classes is brilliant as I know otherwise I maybe be sitting watching Netflix 👀. I love the fact that I just have to go upstairs. There is no time spent traveling to and from classes and I can create an environment that is comfortable for me which usually means about 50 fans blowing and windows wide open 🤣🥵, also value for money ,shouldn't say this but I think you are selling yourselves short 🫣 just from what I see others offering online €9.99 is exceptionally good value.

Why Did We Create EduFIT at Home?

For 20 years, my team and I have been listening to and working with adults in all stages of life in the lifestyle and health space.

Throughout this time, people have continuously expressed a need for age- and ability-appropriate, evidence-based, simple and practical, time-efficient, accessible, health and menopause-specific exercise, nutrition, and health education programmes.
