Olivia is a qualified exercise instructor with a passion to help people achieve more than they ever thought possible. Olivia has worked with Diane for 15 years as part of her previous company, True Fitness. During that time, Olivia trained adults of all ages and abilities in TRX, circuits, kettlebells, free weights, H.I.I.T, group outdoor running sessions, flexibility, seated exercise, activator poles and much more. Olivia currently teaches strength and conditioning sessions with her athletics club, Michael’s AC in Portarlington. Olivia has competed in ultra-distance running events for 15 years. Olivia is very passionate about running, strength, fitness, flexibility and the physical and mental health benefits of training.
