Time Out - a weight loss and transformation programme for women
Come and join ‘Time Out’ – a 7-week online, evidence-based weight loss and transformation programme for women starting this January!
- 1 * 60-minute live online group induction workshop to help ‘Prep for Success’ at the start of the programme.
- 6 * 30-minute weekly live online group weight loss workshops targeting different lifestyle medicine topics, followed by a 15-minute Q&A with the expert, every Monday at 8pm. For the specific weekly topics, please refer to the recruitment poster.
- The live online weight loss workshops will be recorded, and the recording will be emailed to you the following day.
- Access to 6 live online exercise classes per week (42 classes throughout the programme!), and an on-demand library of exercise classes to perform at a time and place which suits you.
- Assessment of your weekly dietary intake, sedentary behaviour, physical activity, and exercise.
- Private weekly feedback from our expert team via WhatsApp (written and audio) and email, if actions are advised.
- A ‘Time Out’ recipe book.
