Join Us in Portarlington for our Exercise for Health Classes! . Our classes are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels – whether you’re just starting out, getting back into movement, or already active.
Last week we worked on:
Balance training (with or without chair support).
Whole body strength work using resistance band (bands provided, chair based and standing versions).
Beginner plyometrics (jump training for those who could, modified versions also).
Whole body mobility and flexibility.
Some cardio to keep our hearts healthy.
Come along, move your body, gain health benefits and enjoy a friendly community atmosphere .
