‘Exercise for Health’ classes in Portarlington

Join Us in Portarlington for our Exercise for Health Classes! 💪. Our classes are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels – whether you’re just starting out, getting back into movement, or already active.

Last week we worked on:

✅ Balance training (with or without chair support).

✅ Whole body strength work using resistance band (bands provided, chair based and standing versions).

✅Beginner plyometrics (jump training for those who could, modified versions also).

✅ Whole body mobility and flexibility.

✅ Some cardio to keep our hearts healthy.
