EduFIT Korea has launched!

This is a landmark day for our wonderful EduFIT team and a major milestone in the EduFIT journey.

After 18 years of research, development, hands-on practice, and the delivery of our evidence-based exercise and health programmes across Ireland and Europe, we are incredibly proud and excited to announce the launch of EduFIT Korea.

Stacy, Director of EduFIT Korea, approached us with a powerful vision for her company: to bring EduFIT’s evidence-based programmes to older adults in South Korea, with a strong focus on improving strength, functional ability, and cognitive health.

Over the past few months, we have worked closely together to develop bespoke programmes tailored to this vision, and we are truly excited to see the positive impact they will have.
