Training for GAIN10 will absolutely increase your strength, fitness, balance and functional movement ability. These are the adaptations to multimodal training. But this type of training also makes a massive difference to wellness, vitality, physical health, mental health, and quality of life, as is evidenced in our numerous published research papers in this space. We have specifically and strategically incorporated all the health-related components of fitness into this event for ultimate health and wellness gains. GAIN10 is all about the GAINS! It is the ultimate exercise for health goal.

Choose Level 2 if you are ready for an intermediate challenge using moderate weights such as 4kg to 10kg dumbbells and up to a 16kg kettlebell for women or a 24kg kettlebell for men. This level is designed for participants who are comfortable with foundational strength exercises like goblet squats, walking lunges, and dumbbell snatches, while tackling continuous 400m run intervals between stations. Don’t be fooled as this can be a fast hard course depending on how fast you run the intervals! If your goal is to push your aerobic capacity, build muscle and bridge the gap toward high-intensity event racing, Level 2 is your perfect starting line.
