This high intensity class rotates between high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) and AMRAP (As Many Reps or Rounds As Possible) formats to keep your workout challenging and dynamic. Expect explosive movements, elevated heart rates, and targeted strength exercises designed to push your limits. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced participants who are comfortable with high-intensity training and ready to level up their performance. We will give you options to take the exercises down a notch, so you are welcome to start with those and build up over time. Don’t worry if you have never done this type of training before, we will coach you through it every step of the way.
