H.I.I.T / AMRAP

This high intensity class rotates between high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) and AMRAP (As Many Reps or Rounds As Possible) formats to keep your workout challenging and dynamic. Expect explosive movements, elevated heart rates, and targeted strength exercises designed to push your limits. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced participants who are comfortable with high-intensity training and ready to level up their performance.

For this class you will need:

  • A drink of water to sip on throughout the class.
  • Weights.
  • Mat for floor-based exercises.
