We are so excited to share with you that we have been successful with obtaining Erasmus+ funding!

Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. The title of our 2-year project is ‘AgeWell – Multimodal physical activity and health education for healthy ageing’. It is very similar to our ‘Prime Time of Life’ programme that we delivered with Laois Sports Partnership over the past 4 years. Dr Diane Cooper (CEO of EduFIT, Clinical Exercise Physiologist & Health Researcher) is the project leader and we will be partnering with Italy, Slovenia and Germany to design and deliver the ‘AgeWell’ project. Exciting times ahead!
