Today at the PhysAgeNet & EGRAPA Conference in Trabzon, Turkey, Dr. Ellen Bentlage from the University of Münster (Germany) represented the AgeWell Europe team, moderating a dynamic session that got everyone moving with a 6-minute AgeWell exercise video. It was incredible to see attendees from across Europe joining in and getting active together! Ruth Kavanagh from EduFIT (Ireland) followed with a presentation about the AgeWell Europe project, sharing why we created it, who’s involved, and how it supports healthy ageing through physical activity, health education and technology.
