EduFIT Limited are an online health education and functional fitness company. This privacy notice is aimed at individuals who avail of our Services.

Personal information provided by you for the EduFIT app: We collect names and email addresses.

All payments for products and services are processed through the EduFIT website, we do not collect payments through the EduFIT app.

The personal data that you provide us with will only be used for the purpose for which it has been originally obtained or to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements as appropriate.

Application Data. If you use our EduFIT app, we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Mobile Device Access.We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s microphone, reminders, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
- Push Notifications.We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our app, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features on the Services. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us at info@edufit.ie.
Information Automatically Collected. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. The length of time we hold your data will depend on the purposes for which we obtained it. We will only hold this data for as long as we deem necessary. For Service users, we hold information for as long as a user is using the EduFIT app.

Children’s Privacy Protection
We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy online. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to us through the Services, please contact us at info@edufit.ie to request that we delete that child’s Personal Information from our Services.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through the Services without their permission. We also ask that all parents and legal guardians overseeing the care of children take the necessary precautions to ensure that their children are instructed to never give out Personal Information when online without their permission.
