Dr Kiera Ward delivered a health education workshop last night all about ‘Happy Healthy Hearts in Menopause’ to our MenoWell Research Study participants. Dr Kiera explained what aerobic exercise training is and the benefits we get from doing it. Examples include walking, jogging and circuit class exercises such as jumping jacks.
